We're excited to share our brand-new blog. As our first post, I’d like to give some background on the company and why we’ve started this blog.  As you probably already know, Tive is a startup focused on helping companies see their supply chains in a more comprehensive way.

We believe that the combination of low-power always-connected sensors and cloud software is going to have a dramatic impact on how companies manage their suppliers, their logistics, and their manufacturing processes. And I think it’s safe to say we’re not alone in that belief.

In this blog we’re going to share some of our observations about how these changes are happening, explore some of the drivers causing the shift, and give examples of how companies are taking advantage of these new technologies. And of course we’ll also share news and updates about Tive along the way.

If you’re a logistics manager responsible for ensuring safe and timely arrival of goods, a supply chain executive looking for ways to reduce risk and improve performance of shipping, or a manufacturing operations executive looking for ways to reduce manufacturing disruptions and safety stock, we hope you find something helpful here.

We also welcome any comments or suggestions, so please feel free to contact us and get in touch.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
